To mark the ten year anniversary of one of Tom Dixon’s most recognisable lighting collections, Melt returns with a new bronze hue. Sitting alongside the current offering, Melt Bronze is remiscent of melted chocolate and gives a warm glow. Evocative of molten glass, the Melt Pendant Light in bronze produces a mesmerising hot-blown glass effect. Melt is created through a process of blow moulding and vacuum metallisation to achieve melted orbs with abundant and unusual luminosity.

Tom Dixon
Tom Dixon is an innovative British designer, known as a maverick amongst his peers due to his highly original and extraordinary pieces. He was born in Tunisia in 1959, before moving to England with his family in 1963. After high school, Dixon attended the Chelsea School of Art briefly. Tom Dixon is a self-taught designer who developed his craft after a motorbike accident which made him learn how to weld. In 2002 Tom Dixon opened his eponymous London-based brand, offering top-quality furniture, accessories and lighting. His most famous creations, the Melt pendant light and the Spring pendant lamp showcase his inventive and creative mind.
